This Agreement represents the complete and sole agreement between us and you, replacing all other previous or current agreements, statements, guarantees, and understandings. To reflect any changes in the operation of the Site or any modifications to legal requirements, we may modify this Agreement at any time and as often as needed, without notifying you or sending any specific notification. The document is enforceable to the Members from the moment it is posted on the Site. In the case of such changes, we will post the modified version of the document on the Site, so please check this document periodically to stay informed of the latest changes and updates. Agreement – understanding between two or more individuals or legal entities.
Consumer – any individual or legal entity registered on the Site, who, by navigating or purchasing services from enjoydriving.ro, agrees to the specific terms of the Site as outlined in the Terms and Conditions section.
Site – the online platform hosted at the web address enjoydriving.ro and its subdomains.
Copyright
The organization, content, design, graphics, and other materials associated with this Site are protected by applicable copyright laws and other proprietary laws, including, without limitation, intellectual property laws. Payment
In the case of online payments, “Enjoy Driving SRL” is not/shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Consumer, including but not limited to commissions applied by the issuer's bank. The responsibility for this action lies solely with the Consumer.
“Enjoy Driving SRL” does not request confidential information, bank account/card details, or personal passwords from its Members through any communication method (email/phone/SMS/etc.). The Consumer assumes full responsibility for disclosing confidential data to third parties.
“Enjoy Driving SRL” disclaims any responsibility in cases where a Consumer is harmed in any way by a third party claiming to represent the interests of “Enjoy Driving SRL.”

Disputes

The Terms and Conditions for using the Site, users’ rights and obligations, and any misunderstandings or disputes regarding the content or operation of the Site are governed by Romanian law.
In the case of any disputes between “Enjoy Driving SRL” and the users of the Site, an attempt will first be made to resolve them amicably within a minimum of 30 working days. If an amicable resolution is not possible, efforts will be made to find a solution without resorting to courts, using the online platform provided by the European Commission: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=RO. If neither of the previous methods leads to a solution, the conflict will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable Romanian laws.
